employees have an outstanding safety record extending over 20 years. Our safety program is extensive and thorough with our entire management team being OSHA safety trained. Every perspective employee must complete and pass safety training before ever setting foot on a customer's property.
Our highly trained staff is led by LST CFO/Co-Owner Ryan Wimert and LST CEO/Co-Owner Rod Wimert. Both Ryan & Rod have been in the landscaping industry since 1986, all of which has been with LST. During that time, we have designed, built and maintained the landscaping at numerous associations and commercial properties across Southern Maine. Rod is a licensed Maine First Class Landscape Arborist.

Steve Perry is our President and has an extensive background in the construction industry. He has 30 years of experience managing projects of all types and sizes throughout the State of Maine. Steve has been with LST since 2017 and has been an invaluable addition to our team.
Audra Wimert is our Vice President and loss control specialist and has an extensive background in the insurance industry. She has 16 years of transportation insurance as well as her insurance license and is OSHA 30 certified.
Dave Bryant is LST’s General Manager and has been with us since 2015. He comes from the Hazmat Industry and brings a unique set of skills to LST.
LST Operations Manager Joe Sullivan has been part of our team since 2014. There seems to be nothing he can't do as he's truly a "jack of all trades".
LST employs 40+ other landscape foremen, installers and landscape maintenance professionals.
